Lifestyles In This Day

  Nowadays we live in a world where the young population is very sedentary and have a lot of vices. The mayority of peopledo not take care about their health. So, for that reasons I believe that modern lifestyles can seriously endanger our health.
  First of all,  is difficult to have a healthy lifestyle, because our life run according our timetable. We spend more time in the job or in the collage, so we finish the day tired and our mind is in the work that we have to do.
   However, we should take care or try to carry a healther lifestyle. We must reduce the consume  of fast food, less time in front of computer and stop smoking and drinking alcohol.

   To sum up, we can have a healthy lifestyle whether we organize our timetable and take it seriously. If we do that, we will be able to carry a long and healthy life.
